 This project was constructed by Gagnier Construction at the Operations Center of W.M.W.D. in Riverside, CA. The 15,000 SF Steel building with exterior fenced concrete storage area was the first project Gagnier constructed for the water district. Since the successful completion of this project in 1995, Gagnier has had an ongoing Service Agreement with the District and has completed an average of five projects a year. |
