Located in Riverside, California, Gagnier Construction Company has been providing quality design and construction services since 1980. Privately owned, the company specializes in commercial and industrial projects, although its credits include office, retail and special-use facilities such as the Western Municipal Water Districts Operations Center in Riverside, California and Amway Nutrilite at their two Southern California locations. Nutrilite is the largest manufacturer of branded vitamins and mineral supplements in the world.
In terms of size, our products run the gamut from 1,200 to 350,000 SF. Our client roster is a diverse mix including several international firms such as Kentmaster Manufacturing Company, the world's leading manufacturer of the finest quality tools for the meat industry, and Statek Corporation, recognized as the technological leader in the design and manufacture of ultra-miniature quartz crystals and crystal oscillators, as well as notables like US based Pep Boys Corporation, Vista Paints, and Pacer Technology, the manufacturer of adhesives and sealants. Branded products include Super Glue, Zap® hobby products, Pro Seal® and Bondini® .
The majority of our projects have been in the private sector, but we have expanded into the public area with the completion of projects for California State University - San Bernardino and March Air Reserve Base. Gagnier Construction has earned its Federal and State Woman Owned Enterprise (SBE), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) and 8(A) certifications from the US Small Business Administration. In November 2003, Gagnier Construction was awarded and certified as the Riverside (CA) County dealership for WEDGCOR Steel Buildings. These certifications have opened the door to new, previously inaccessible, contracting opportunities.
Holding a California B General Building Contractors License (#467205), California Interior Design License (#1301), along with Liability and Workers Compensation insurance coverage has allowed Gagnier Construction to grow from $400,000 in sales in 1991 to over $10 Million in 2006.

Gagnier Construction's Antiterrorism Security Team offers over fifteen-years experience in the development and application of the most effective and sophisticated protection techniques available. Force Protection is deep security techniques proven to significantly increase the protection of resources such as people, facilities, equipment and information. It is achieved through planned and integrated application of antiterrorism methods including: physical security, information technology security, personnel security education, and counterintelligence practices.
By focusing on facility planning and design, we outline a comprehensive security program to ensure a high degree of protection at any level of construction and/or retrofit.

Patricia J. Gagnier is the President in charge of General Operations and Marketing. She is the Responsible Managing Officer (RMO) for the Corporate California Contractor's License for Class B, as a General Building Contractor. She has over twenty-three years of extensive experience in Commercial / Industrial development, construction, and management. She is a California Certified Interior Designer, with an extensive background in commercial space planning. She is the 2005-2006 President of the Board of Directors of the YWCA of Riverside County, CA. She is the past President of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) for Riverside and San Bernardino. A member of the Riverside Chamber of Commerce. A Graduate of The Class of 2005 Leadership Riverside. A Member of Vistage International and a Professional Member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).

Jean Pierre Gagnier is the Vice President and General Manager of Field Operations. He is responsible for all active projects in both Private and Public Sector. He has over thirty-one years of extensive experience in new and renovation construction, with an exceptional background with Concrete tilt-up projects. He began his career as a heavy equipment operator with the Navy Sea Bees constructing landing fields on various military installations though out South East Asia. He has held supervisor positions with a large Los Angeles based, Class-A high rise union contractor. He also has held a California License for Class B General Building Contractor and prides himself in completing every project on time and under budget, without compromising quality.

Lawrence J. Gagnier is the Co-Founder of the company. After retiring in 1992, he has returned to head the Sales Division. He currently holds a B General Contractors License, C33 Painting Contractors license as well as an Instrument Rated Commercial Pilots license. He holds a Bachelor of Science, University Honors degree from Southern Illinois University. He has over 30 years of General Contracting experience in commercial and industrial development. His exceptional experience in the private sector expansion of the Mammoth Yosemite Airport, which includes 94 aircraft hangers, general aviation terminal building, commercial center, 62 room hotel, gas station, 188 townhouses, water distribution facility, and a sewage treatment plant, has brought opportunities for further projects at airports within Southern California and Arizona. He takes pride in always finding the most cost effective ways to complete a project.
